Explore More San Francisco 49ers quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo is “excited” about his future as he works with the team to find the “right destination” after his season ended Sunday in a 20-17 loss to the Rams in the NFC Championship game.
Garoppolo addressed his playing future Tuesday during a virtual press conference and said, according toESPN, that he wants to go to a winning team. “I was talking to [general manager John Lynch] (Monday) about finding the right destination and whatever the future holds, just doing it the right way,” the 30-year-old Garoppolo said.
