Students who attend Ridgewood High School, in Bergen County’s largest school district, will get some extra time to sleep in the morning, after the district changed the start of school from 7:45 a.m. to 8:20 a.m. Several other districts have made similar changes, including Princeton, Chatham, South Orange, and Maplewood.
